1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our websites, purchasing a software license, or downloading and installing our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our software or services.

2. Software License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to compliance with these terms and payment of applicable license fees, iLA Soft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and execute the software on authorized devices up to the maximum seat count specified in your plan.

You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify, circumvent licensing mechanisms, or redistribute the software without express written authorization from iLA Soft.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to iLA Soft software, brand marks, logos, documentation, audio algorithms, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of CÔNG TY TNHH ILA SOFT and protected by Vietnamese copyright law and international treaties.

4. Account & Seat Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized seat activation or account breach.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLA Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from software incompatibility, third-party plugin failures, hardware driver issues, or broadcast interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
