1. Digital Software License Nature

iLA Soft software products (including idolLiveAudio) are digital software goods delivered electronically. Once a license key or subscription seat is activated or assigned to an account, the digital product is deemed consumed and non-refundable, except under conditions outlined below.

2. Evaluation & Free Trial Period

To ensure complete satisfaction before purchasing, we strongly encourage users to utilize free trial features or trial licenses available for idolLiveAudio. This allows full testing of hardware compatibility, VST3 plugin chains, and audio device routing prior to payment.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be processed at our discretion under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally billed multiple times for a single order due to a payment gateway glitch.
• Unactivated License Issue: If a technical error on our licensing server prevents license activation within 7 business days and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
